1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full and legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and x555game ("the Platform", "We", "Us"). x555game is an online gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence and providing services to registered players including sports betting, casino games, poker, Aviator, and related gaming products.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use x555game you must register a personal account. Registration is free. During registration you are required to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a password of your choosing, and any additional information requested as part of the account verification process.

Each person may hold only one registered account at x555game. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same name or different names and mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts at the time of discovery.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x555game login credentials. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. 3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on x555game are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x555game does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. The following payment methods are currently accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit, however, transactions above certain thresholds may require additional KYC verification before being credited to your gaming balance. Deposits are credited immediately in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact x555game support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals at x555game are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. If this is not possible, x555game support will advise on alternative withdrawal arrangements. Withdrawals are processed only to accounts that have completed the applicable identity verification steps.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals: typically processed within 3 minutes for amounts up to Rs 50,000.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals: typically processed within the same banking day for weekday requests.
• Visa and Mastercard withdrawals: typically processed within 1–3 banking days.
• x555game does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees from your bank or wallet provider are outside x555game's control.
• Withdrawals of bonus-converted funds require all applicable wagering requirements to be completed before processing.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

x555game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms which are presented at the time the offer is made available. These general bonus terms apply to all x555game promotions unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.

Bonuses credited to your x555game account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are removed from your balance automatically.
• Certain games may contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Some slots and casino games contribute at reduced rates. Aviator contribution rates are stated per offer.

• Bonuses are available to one registered account per household. Coordinated multi-account bonus claiming will result in cancellation of the bonus across all accounts involved.

x555game is under no obligation to offer any bonus to any player and may discontinue any ongoing promotion at any time. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly credited or applied should contact support within 48 hours of the relevant transaction.

5 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed at x555game are accepted subject to the following general rules. Specific sport or league rules may supersede these general rules where stated. All bets are placed in PKR at the odds displayed on the x555game odds board at the time of bet confirmation.

A bet is considered accepted only when x555game's system confirms the bet and a bet reference number is issued. A bet slip displayed on your screen does not constitute acceptance until this confirmation is received. x555game reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion.

• Minimum single bet stake: Rs 100. Maximum stake varies by market and is displayed in the bet slip.
• Bets placed after an event has started are accepted at live (in-play) odds only. Pre-match odds do not apply after kick-off or match commencement.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before a minimum playing time is reached (as defined per sport), all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned.
• Void bets in accumulator wagers are treated as non-runners. The accumulator adjusts to the remaining selections at the appropriate reduced odds.
• x555game is not responsible for any errors in the display of odds caused by technical failures. Bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a manifest error may be voided or settled at the correct odds at x555game's discretion.
• In-play cash-out is available on selected markets. The cash-out value offered is final upon confirmation. Once a cash-out instruction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.

6 Casino, Slots, and Aviator Rules

x555game's casino, slot, and crash game products operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The Aviator game uses a provably fair algorithm. RTP (return to player) percentages for all games are verified by independent auditors and are available on request.

Game outcomes are entirely independent of previous results. No pattern, strategy, or betting system can overcome the inherent house edge built into casino and slot products. The results of previous rounds have no influence on future rounds in any game offered at x555game.

• Minimum bet across casino and slot products: Rs 10 per round (varies by game).
• If a game is disconnected mid-round due to a technical failure, the round is resolved by the server. The server-side result is final and binding.
• Progressive jackpot wins at x555game are paid in full in PKR. For wins above Rs 500,000, payment may be split across multiple withdrawals at x555game's discretion.
• Live casino products are subject to the studio operator's additional rules where displayed at the table. In the event of a dispute between on-screen dealer instructions and these Terms, x555game's Terms prevail.
• In Aviator, auto cash-out settings are executed by the server. x555game is not liable if an auto cash-out fails to execute due to a player-side connectivity issue provided the server-side round resolution is demonstrably correct.

7 Fair Play, Fraud, and Prohibited Activity

x555game is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all registered players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one x555game account under any identity.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the x555game platform.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across markets for guaranteed profit, particularly in combination with bonus funds.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

x555game's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. x555game is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses claimed to have arisen from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

x555game is not responsible for any third-party products, software, or services that may be linked from or integrated into the platform. Use of third-party services is at the player's own risk.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

x555game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engaging in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.
• Compliance with a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement instruction.

Upon account termination for cause, x555game may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established within 90 days, verifiable deposited funds (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity) will be returned to the account holder. x555game will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player.

13 Changes to These Terms
